Tina’s career journey reflects a broad, in-depth understanding of clinical research. Starting her career in marketing and communications before transitioning into healthcare, she became an ER trauma nurse. She later moved into roles such as a study coordinator, clinical monitoring, and ultimately, site director. Moving into the pharmaceutical sector, Tina advanced from study management to business strategy, change management, and process improvement. This diverse experience provides her with a unique 360-degree perspective of the industry, earning her the nickname “The Heinz 57” of clinical research.
