As we embrace innovation and leverage new technologies, I am dedicated to redefining our objectives and consistently raising our standards. I am excited to contribute to our ongoing pursuit of excellence,” Aaron stated.
He emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards in a rapidly changing landscape. “Just in Time GCP has built a strong reputation for quality, and today, that quality means being at the forefront of innovation in clinical trials. That’s exactly what I aim to achieve here.”
TMF as Tool to Optimize Study Quality
Early in his career, Aaron developed a keen interest in process improvement and identifying automation opportunities to enhance overall quality in clinical research. He remarked, “In clinical research, I recognized the Trial Master File (TMF) as a critical tool for optimizing study quality and spearheaded industry change and standardization as a member of the TMF Reference Model Steering Committee. While serving as VP at Phlexglobal, I drove effective TMF solutions but often felt frustrated that we were solving the same problems for different clients. This motivated me to further pursue innovative tools and processes that could help address these persistent issues more effectively.”

Aaron expressed his enthusiasm for joining Just in Time GCP, saying, “I have a deep appreciation for what this organization does.
